Bavím sa na prekáračkách medzi niektorými americkými a európskymi establišmentskými ekonómami, ktorí práve tej konkurenčnej mene predpovedajú zlé časy. Nie že by doláru alebo euru hrozilo nebodaj niečo iné ako znehodnotenie (pričom euro je k úplnému zániku bližšie), no na základe rovnakých kritérií pri ich posudzovaní nie je možné dospieť k odlišným vyhliadkam. Jim Rogers medzi túto skupinku nepatrí. € dáva 15 maximálne 20 rokov (áno, to už tvrdil aj Friedman) a svoj dolárový majetok už dávno presťahoval do Číny.
